Paid Media Specialist


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to facilitate the growth and development of our media department. We are a creative agency that works with clients such as hospitality, outdoor recreation, tourism, and craft breweries. 

The Colvita Creative team is energetic; you will get a kick-ass team who will customize our services to fit our clients’ needs. We stray away from getting locked into a box and doing the obvious. Instead, we figure out what is right for our clients’ brands. We don’t simply hand over a formulated media plan that you would get from a traditional agency. Our clients receive a detailed strategy that addresses their distinctive goals. 

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta platforms, Google Ads, YouTube, CTV, and LinkedIn, etc. This role requires a strong understanding of digital media and the ability to work with clients to develop customized media plans that drive results. You will work closely with account leads, and the creative department to develop production timelines, and regularly present to clients on campaign performance and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Pitch potential new client accounts during the RFP process
– Onboard and set up new client advertising accounts across various platforms
– Develop customized media plans that align with client goals and objectives
– Manage budgets and reconcile billing
– Set up, execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
– Manage external contractors
– Work with external vendors on paid media contracts to ensure campaign delivery and success
– Utilize data to make recommendations on campaign optimizations and strategies
– Regularly report on campaign performance, including ROI and other KPIs
– Work with account leads to develop production timelines and ensure deliverables are met
– Present to clients on campaign performance and recommendations
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
– Provide insights and recommendations on emerging platforms
– Copywriting and asset selection for social advertising and SEM when needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, Google Ads/SEM, Display, YouTube, CTV, and LinkedIn advertising, etc.
  • Experience with KPI and conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and data analysis
  • Knowledge with Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data to clients in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Knowledge of and Looker Studio a plus
  • Experience working with hospitality, outdoor recreation,  B2B and B2C clients in various industries a plus
